The Challenge
A specialty tea and coffee house with unique artisanal blends was struggling to compete against established coffee chains. Despite having a superior product, brand awareness was minimal and foot traffic was disappointing.
Our Solution
Created a heritage-focused brand narrative celebrating artisanal tea traditions. Launched "Tea Tasting" experiences for visitors, developed a direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel for tea blends, and partnered with boutique hotels for in-room tea service.
The Results
E-commerce now contributes 35% of total revenue. Tea tasting experiences are booked 3 months in advance during peak season. Partnered with 12 boutique hotels. Featured on a major food network's "Hidden Gems" series.
