Service Availability and Support

Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Technical Support

Support is provided according to your service level agreement:

Business Hours Support: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM local time
Emergency Support: Available for critical issues affecting service operation
Response Times: Based on issue priority and service tier

Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will work with you to minimize disruption to your operations.

Termination

Termination by You

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to services will be suspended
We will provide data export assistance for 30 days
Outstanding fees remain due and payable
