Refund & Cancellation Policy

Freaking Minds Pvt Ltd (operating as Restronaut) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all services including Restronaut consulting, Restrobase, Restronomics, and Restronaut Academy.
Consulting Service Refunds
For Restronaut consulting and digital services:
Project-Based Services
- Before project start: Full refund of any advance payment
- After milestone delivery: Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable
- Work in progress: Prorated refund based on work not yet completed
Retainer Services
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
- Unused hours within the notice period may be refunded
- No refunds for services already rendered
Academy Course Refunds
For courses purchased through Restronaut Academy:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
- Eligible for refund: Courses with less than 30% completion within 7 days of purchase
- Not eligible: Courses with more than 30% completion, or requests made after 7 days
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Certificate Programs
Certificate programs have modified refund terms:
- Full refund available before the program starts
- 50% refund within the first week of the program
- No refunds after the first week
Expert Booking Cancellations
For consultation bookings with experts through Restrobase:
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (except for emergencies)
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booking once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime - your access continues until the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days
- Reactivation is available at any time
Annual Subscriptions
- Prorated refund available within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no refund but access continues until expiry
- Downgrade to monthly available at renewal
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free courses or trial periods
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless stated otherwise)
- Gift purchases after redemption
- Completed services or consultations
- Administrative or platform fees
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Restronaut account
- Navigate to your purchase history or booking details
- Click "Request Refund" or "Cancel Booking"
- Provide a reason for your request
- Submit the request

Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer / Digital Wallet: 3-5 business days
- Wallet Credits: Instant
Disputes and Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us with full details. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
For payment disputes, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as we may be able to resolve the issue more quickly.
